Wellness Checks are designed to provide our customers with clear, concise, and consistent information on their home's condition. 

We have combined a thorough, best-practices-proven home watch checklist along with an easy-to-read format. 

Each Wellness Check is updated live during each visit, with availability to view these live updates if desired (at no extra cost!).  

 The resulting report, along with any photo or video documentation, is immediately provided so that anything that needs attention can get it - right away.
