Pre & Post Storm Services

Pre-Storm Services can be coupled with our standard Wellness Check on the same day.  Post-Storm Services are only to be performed once local authorities have stated your neighborhood is ok to enter.

Before the Storm:

• Move all loose items off of the porch or lanai.
• Move BBQ grill (if applicable) to the garage and secure the propane tank on the exterior of the house.
• Move all hoses to the garage.
• Insure that all doors and windows are locked, and shutters or storm screens are secure.
• Visual whole-property inspection and photographic documentation.
• Remove ice from ice-maker and turn it off, while removing perishable items from fridge.
• Unplug anything that could be effected by a power surge (which is pretty-much everything).
• Turn off water supply to house.
• Check automobiles (if applicable) to make sure windows are up and doors are locked.

After the Storm:

• Photo survey of the exterior and roof through drone photography (if needed).
• Inspection of the entire interior for any damage, leaks, or general concerns.
• Document,. photograph, and report and concerns/issues immediately.
• Help make restoration plans by putting you in touch with a trusted local partner.
• Provide report/assessment as desired.

These services can be purchased a-la-carte at $99, or added on to any Wellness Check for only an additional $50.
